New, unused items purchased through our platform that are eligible for return may be returned for a full refund within 3 days of purchase. Please note that return requests are accepted up to 7 days from delivery, but items must be unused and in pristine condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Procedure

1. Return Request

To initiate a return, go to the Orders page in your account and select the return option within 3 days of the delivery date (available up to 7 days). Alternatively, you can email your issue along with the required proof to hello@desikoncept.com.

2. Packing and Shipping

Once your return request has been accepted, please pack the item securely to prevent loss or damage during transit. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process

After receiving the returned item and completing all necessary quality checks, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 3-5 business days.

Important Notes

Condition of Items

Refunds are strictly not possible if the returned item has been used, damaged, or altered in any way from its original shipped condition. All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Customer Responsibility & Shipping

Goods are returned at the customer’s expense. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and confirmed return of your item.
